RESEARCH Uruguay, has managed to become the first market research company in Uruguay to obtain certification in the ISO 20252:2019 standard, which is specific to the sector.
It has been supported by Intedya and supervised by Staregister.
The need to offer a comparable and competitive quality service at an international level is leading many companies to seek a standard that operates as a common language with the rest of the world. In countries such as Mexico and Australia, the referred ISO Standard has become a requirement to belong to national associations of research companies, forming a path that has been promoted in Uruguay, and that RESEARCH Uruguay inaugurated with its certification.
